Health CHECK (Creating Healthy Empowered Communities with Knowledge) is a volunteer-driven, non-profit organization focused on delivering quality chronic disease education throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. Through strategic partnerships with local schools, libraries, community centers, and churches, Health CHECK will be able to bring vital education services directly to the communities with the highest need, eliminating prohibitive transportation and cost barriers that have traditionally prevented those in need of chronic disease education from receiving this resource.
